Fairly much what I expected from a consumer grade power washer. The hose connectors are extremely flimsy and I doubt the PSI rating is within 500 PSI of it is claimed ratings. Had a Karcher pressure washer prior to with a rating of 1200 PSI and it is about the identical.

I asked them how long I’d have to wait and they told me about a week which wasn’t a large deal for me at all, so I was prepared to wait. The next day I received one more e-mail from them saying that they would send me a surface cleaner rather of 1 I had ordered…get this… at no extra charge.
