The grad rates are shockingly down
As fewer wear tassel and gown
But the rate’s from ’06
Wonder if it predicts
The trend since Ms. Rhee donned the crown
The problem with any big shake-up
Time’s needed to fathom its make-up
Has the Chancellor’s phase
Led to further malaise
Or the much-needed school system wake-up?
